We are a community-based learning environment where how we treat one another matters, and where students, families, and educators work together to support each child's growth and experience.

Students

Students are encouraged to approach learning with curiosity, effort, and a willingness to grow.

They are also encouraged to develop leadership, kindness, and collaboration skills by contributing positively to their learning community. Students learn that their actions matter not only for their own growth, but for the experience of those around them.

Parents

Parents are active partners in supporting their child's learning experience.

We ask that families stay engaged and work with educators to support student growth. Because Anselm is a community-based learning environment, we also ask that families recognize that each student's behavior and participation impacts the experience of others in the space.

When challenges arise, we work together to find supportive solutions that maintain a positive environment for all students.

Educators

Educators at Anselm are expected to guide student growth through calm, supportive, and relationship-based instruction.

Educators prioritize encouragement, connection, and positive reinforcement while helping students build both academic skills and personal responsibility.

Educators are also expected to foster a sense of community in the classroom where students feel seen, supported, and challenged to grow.

Program

Anselm programs are designed to support the whole child through meaningful learning experiences, consistent expectations, and a strong sense of community.

We believe students thrive when they are given both support and responsibility. Our programs balance academic growth with creativity, collaboration, problem-solving, and social-emotional development in ways that encourage students to become confident and capable learners.

Because every child learns differently, we value flexibility, communication, and individualized support while still maintaining clear expectations that help the learning environment remain safe, respectful, and productive for everyone involved.
